The intended model is centred on legally authorised taxi operators and appropriately licensed taxi drivers. The exact onboarding and verification process must be confirmed before the service launches.

We aim to explain important journey details, platform terms and available support routes in plain language. Final features and procedures will be published only after they are implemented and checked.
Responsible launch
A public launch should follow appropriate operational, privacy, security and legal checks. We will not describe a check, protection or support feature as active before it is in place.
